Individual therapy is a confidential, one-on-one counseling service with a licensed therapist focused on supporting your mental, emotional, and behavioral well-being. At Stronger Together Counseling and Wellness Centers, we provide compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed individual therapy for teens and adults in the Sacramento area.
Our therapists use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness techniques to help you overcome personal challenges and build a healthier, more balanced life.
