Rhiannon Naylor, AMFT
That’s the kind of damage I sit with. The kind that rearranges how you breathe, speak, trust, and move through the world. The kind that’s hard to name but even harder to carry alone. I work with people who’ve lived through what others deny, dismiss, or can’t handle hearing. This isn’t about recovery as compliance. It’s about finding what’s real and building from there—on your terms. What you’ve carried is real. So is the way you’ve survived it. We start with there, so you no longer have to carry these painful traumas alone.
We face what happened. Fully. Finally. I work with people living with all types of HIGHLY complex PTSD—including survivors of narcissistic abuse, and domestic violence. Trauma is the kind of pain that gets minimized, and silenced. I work in a post modern lens along with EMDR. Reclaiming power and agency. Not dismissing or pathologizing because of trauma.
You made it. Even when it rewired your voice, your body, your trust—you’re still here. This is a space for the aftermath: the freeze, the rage, the exhaustion, the questioning. You won’t be asked to justify your pain or prove what it cost you. We’ll sit with what’s real, at your pace—no fixing, no shrinking, no pretending it didn’t happen.

My career in behavioral health took root in 2001, initially focusing on mental health. A pivotal point arrived in 2007 when my work in the addiction field ignited a profound curiosity about the underlying reasons for substance use. This curiosity led me to pursue studies in Psychology, a journey that has provided invaluable insights into human behavior and the complexities of the human experience. This educational foundation has empowered me to offer more comprehensive support to individuals navigating challenging times. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working across a spectrum of settings and with diverse populations, including those facing homelessness, poverty, involvement in the justice system, and substance dependence, from childhood through adulthood. These experiences have instilled in me a deep appreciation for cultural nuances and a strong ability to inspire hope. I also recognize the vital role of spiritual traditions in the therapeutic process, a perspective deeply informed by my own faith. Ultimately, I am committed to establishing a secure and supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered as they embark on their unique journey of change and healing.
My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style. - Maya Angelou

All my life, I’ve loved stories. Sharing our stories can bring healing and direction. It takes strength and vulnerability to sort through the challenging parts of your story—but you don’t have to do it alone. At Stronger Together Counseling, we want to give you the time and space to explore all the parts of your story.
Hi, I’m Isabel Paoloni Johns. I hold a B.S. in Psychology from Southeastern University and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I have worked with a wide variety of ages with a variety of backgrounds throughout my clinical career. I’ve received training in IFS (Internal Family Systems), CBT, DBT, and Emotion-Focused CBT. I work with clients through a multicultural and trauma-informed lens, tailoring the therapeutic experience to your unique background.
Some of the skills we may use together include building coping skills, creating trauma timelines, or working with “parts” through IFS. Ultimately, my goal is to get to know you. Together, we can navigate the challenging parts of your story and uncover the tools that will support your growth and healing.

Kimberly Vang, Practice Manager
Billing & Admin Specialist
I'm new to being a medical biller and admin assistant but am eager to help patients with all their billing and coverage concerns.
I have a bachelors' degree in Psychology and have been interested in becoming a therapist for the longest time. Even though I'm not working directly with clients, just being able to consult with them and help them from behind the scenes has really inspired me to want to pursue this career path.
